Challenge

The organization needed to move a known audience from awareness to an in-person visit, on a limited budget, without spending delivery outside the area it serves.

What we did

We built a streaming-TV campaign around the organization's existing audience, added cross-device follow-up so the message continued on phones and desktops, focused delivery on the markets it serves, and managed pacing and optimization across the flight. Walk-in visit measurement was set up before launch.

What it demonstrates

Streaming TV can hold attention through the full spot, and paired with cross-device follow-up and visit measurement it can be connected to real-world action — not just impressions delivered.

Sources and methodology

Figures are the campaign's own delivery and measurement reporting: video completions and video completion rate from ad-server delivery data, walk-in visits from the visit-measurement provider configured before launch. Rounded as reported.
